Kats Sunshine Ride

Kat’s Sunshine Ride is more than a motorcycle run. It is a day rooted in community and connection, carrying Katarina’s light forward on the open road. We are anticipateing a 90-120 mile ride around the state of North Dakota.

Registration starts at 9 a.m., and KICK STANDS UP starts at 10:00 a.m. at Turtle River State Park in Arvilla, North Dakota, and will conclude back at the park with food and a 50/50 raffle with a cash prize.

Riders will travel together along a planned route with designated stops, which will be announced closer to the event.

Registration is $15 per person and includes a commemorative Kat’s Sunshine Ride T-shirt. All riders must check in on the day of the event, complete registration, and sign a waiver before the ride begins. T-shirts may be picked up that morning.

While children are not encouraged to participate in the ride, we understand some families may choose to include them. Any child participating is the sole responsibility of the accompanying adult, who must also sign a waiver on the child’s behalf.

Volunteers are essential to making Kat’s Sunshine Ride safe and successful. Each volunteer will receive a custom T-shirt at no cost and clear guidance on how to assist at each stop. Safety is our top priority.

We anticipate 40 to 100 riders and are seeking approximately 20 volunteers to support the ride across all locations. Volunteer check-in at Turtle River State Park will begin at 9:00 a.m.

All proceeds and donations from this charity event will directly support Justice For Katarina LLC. Funds will help advance advocacy efforts, community support initiatives, and ongoing work focused on accountability and honoring Katarina’s legacy.
